Summer Camp 2026 – Camp Rainey Mountain

It was another exciting week of Summer Camp for the scouts of Troop 110. This summer, the boys elected to return to Camp Rainey Mountain, an old favorite of some of the more senior members of the Troop.

While at summer camp, the scouts participated in a wide range of activites, from automotive maintenance, welding, and robotics to leatherwork, archery, and mammal study. They spent most evenings enjoying a swim at the waterfront and launching their fellow scouts from the blob. Two scouts completed their 5 mile hike for their Second Class Rank Advancement, 4 scouts completed a 10 mile hike for their Hiking Merit Badge, and many others completed shorter hikes and morning runs.

The boys enjoyed mostly pleasant weather. Warm days and comfortably cool nights with rain only rolling in for short periods on most days.
